PROJECTS AND COLLABORATIONS

The Uro-oncology Early Detection Lab is part of the Early Detection and Urology themes within the Cambridge Cancer Centre. Building on local, national and international collaborations, we are developing approaches to improve early detection and inform treatment interventions. Specifically, we leverage in-house and large-scale public data sets to identify alterations in early cancers, develop sensitive assays to detect those alterations and map changes back to pathways that impinge on cancer phenotypes.
